Top 5 Beginner Myths
Myth 1: “If I don’t feel tingles, it’s not working.” Truth: Sensitivity grows with practice. Notice micro-shifts: a deeper breath, warmth in the hands, a small drop in tension, a calmer mind. Try: Do 6 slow breaths while holding a crystal, then 6 without. What’s even 1% different?
Myth 2: “I need lots of rare crystals.” Truth: One or two is plenty. Clear quartz or amethyst can teach you almost everything you need at the start. Depth beats quantity. Try: Spend a whole week with just one crystal. Journal what changes day by day.
Myth 3: “There’s one ‘right’ placement.” Truth: Safety + intention + feedback from your body beat rigid rules every time. Your experience is valid. Try: Place the same crystal in two safe positions (e.g., palm vs. over the heart for 2 minutes each). Which felt steadier, warmer, or clearer?
Myth 4: “Cleansing must be mystical.” Truth: Keep it simple. Sound, smoke, moonlight, intention—or running water only if the stone is water-safe. Simple methods done consistently are powerful. Try: Choose one method and stick to it for a week. Notice if sessions feel lighter to start.
Myth 5: “Crystal work replaces medical care.” Truth: Crystal practice supports well-being; it never replaces professional care. If you’re unwell, keep working with your healthcare team.

Protect Your Home & Family with Just 3 Crystals
You don’t need 20 crystals scattered around like a mystical treasure hunt. (Like I do π€£) Three well-placed protection stones can guard your whole home beautifully. Here is the trio that actually gets the job done:
1. Black Obsidian — The Energetic Bouncer
Blocks negativity, cuts cords, stops bad vibes at the door.
Best place:
πͺRight behind the front door
π Near entrances or busy doorways
I keep mine behind my own front door.
2. Red Jasper — The Grounding Brick
Brings stability, safety, and a deep earthy “you are home now” feeling.
Best place:
πͺBehind the door next to Obsidian
π By stairs or hallways where energy rushes through
I pair mine with the Obsidian — they work perfectly together as my entrance guardians.
3. Black Tourmaline — The House Shield
Absorbs negativity and EMF stress like a psychic hoover. Super strong, super reliable, zero drama.
Best place:
πͺ Windowsills
π Corners of rooms
πΊ Near electronics Like TV, mobile phones, WiFi etc.
You basically “grid” your home with it — four corners and you’re sorted

Tiny Spiritual Notes for Your Day
π “Sometimes the deepest truths come in the softest ways.”
Big realisations don’t always happen loudly. They often appear during quiet moments — a feeling, a thought, a soft inner knowing.
π “Your intuition whispers — it never shouts.”
Your inner guidance is gentle. It comes as a small pull, a gut feeling, or a quiet thought — not pressure, fear, or loud noise.
π “Rest is spiritual work, not laziness.”
Rest isn’t a weakness. It’s part of caring for your energy, your nervous system, and your spirit. Rest helps you heal and stay aligned.
π “Energy shifts happen in the smallest moments.”
You don’t need big changes for your energy to shift. A deep breath, a pause, a kind thought, a step outside — these tiny moments can change how you feel.
π “Not everything heavy you feel belongs to you.”
Sometimes the emotions you carry aren’t yours — you may be absorbing energy from people, places, or situations around you.
π “And your body… it always speaks before your mind catches up.”
Your body gives you clues before your thoughts do. Tension, tiredness, tightness, butterflies — your body senses truth early.
Take what feels right for you, let the rest go, and move through your day with ease and kindness. π€

Winter Energy vs Summer Energy and How Crystals Support Both
π One thing I’ve learned over the years as a crystal healer is this:
We are not meant to feel the same all year round.
Summer energy is outward —we are more social, more active, more “let’s do all the things.”
Winter energy is the opposite.
Slower.
Quieter.
More inward.
And yet… every December, so many of us expect ourselves to keep running on summer settings π
This is where crystals can be incredibly supportive — not by pushing us, but by helping us move with the season instead of against it.
In summer, I naturally reach for:
• Carnelian for motivation and creativity
• Citrine for lightness and confidence
• Clear Quartz to amplify outward energy
In winter, my choices soften:
• Smoky Quartz for grounding when life feels full
• Amethyst for calm and mental space
• Moonstone to support rest, reflection, and intuition
Crystals don’t force change — they mirror what we need.
And right now, most of us don’t need more motivation…
We need permission to slow down.
So if you feel less driven, less energetic, or more reflective lately — you’re not “doing it wrong.”
You’re simply responding to winter energy the way humans always have.
Let your crystals support that. And let yourself move at a gentler pace ππ

Top 5 Beginners Myths Continued
Let’s clear up a few common misunderstandings about crystals — especially if you’re new to working with them.
Crystals are powerful, but they’re also simple, natural beings. You don’t need complicated rituals to benefit from their energy. πΏβ¨
Here are a few myths I hear often:
1οΈβ£ “Crystals don’t work unless they’re charged.”
Not true.
Crystals naturally carry their own vibration — charging just refreshes their energy, but they still work even if you forget.
2οΈβ£ “You must cleanse crystals every single day.”
Only if you feel guided.
Most crystals don’t need constant cleansing.
Trust your intuition — cleanse when they feel heavy, dull, or tired.
3οΈβ£ “Bigger crystals work better.”
Size doesn’t equal power.
Even tiny tumbles can be incredibly strong.
What matters most is the right crystal for the right intention.
4οΈβ£ “Only psychics or ‘gifted’ people can feel crystal energy.”
No.
Everyone can connect with crystals — sensitivity grows naturally with practice, presence, and awareness.
5οΈβ£ “Crystals lose power permanently.”
They don’t.
Crystals may feel “quiet” if they need a cleanse or rest, but they never truly lose their energy.
They reset beautifully.
Crystals are here to support you gently — without pressure, without rules, and without fear.
Let your relationship with them be intuitive, soft, and personal. π€β¨

My first meditation experience… and what I learned from it
π I remember the first time I ever tried to meditate and I didn’t really know what I was doing.
I kept thinking, “Am I doing this right?”
My mind wandered everywhere, and I thought it meant I was failing.
But later I realised something important:Meditation isn’t about stopping your thoughts, it’s about giving your mind a calmer space inside yourself to rest for a moment.
Even imperfect meditations can bring peace.
Sometimes, those moments help us the most. ππ
